Blayson Kweh-Fagbodun, Ed.D MS Psych,B.S.
Founder/CEO
Blayson Kweh-Fagbodun is a devoted Christian, distinguished leader, and visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BRIDGE. Known for her integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to service, she brings a rare blend of academic rigor, strategic leadership, and humanitarian advocacy to every sphere of her work.
She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration, building on a strong academic foundation that includes a Master of Science in Health Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies. Her professional experience spans healthcare management, social services administration, and complex case coordination within the legal system and family court. She is a steadfast advocate for children, youth, and families facing abuse, neglect, domestic violence, substance use, sexual assault, abandonment, and other critical challenges.
Her scholarly portfolio reflects a commitment to understanding and improving human behavior and lived experiences. Her research, Culture and Language Among Utica University Students, employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies grounded in sociology and anthropology. In 2014, she contributed to Cancer Nursing with a published commentary analyzing the quality of life of caregivers providing end-of-life support.
With over a decade of dedicated service at Clark County Family Services—and more than 25 years of cumulative experience in child protective services—Mrs. Kweh-Fagbodun excels as a Family Services Specialist and Medical Services Coordinator. Her expertise includes behavioral data analysis, crisis intervention, case management, interagency collaboration, and program development. Her career also includes international humanitarian leadership, having served as Office Manager for Save the Children Fund in Ivory Coast and as a Social Worker with UNHCR Caritas, roles that expanded her global insight into social development and community resilience.
A former Peer Tutor at Utica University, she has provided tailored academic support in Biology, English, and Psychology. Fluent in English, French, and Krahn, she is recognized for her cross-cultural communication skills, analytical depth, and forward-thinking leadership.
Mrs. Kweh-Fagbodun is exceptional at bringing together multidisciplinary teams, designing data-driven solutions, and championing the well-being of children, families, and vulnerable populations. Guided by integrity, compassion, and a commitment to evidence-based leadership, she remains steadfast in her mission to strengthen family support systems, advance health equity, elevate organizational excellence, and inspire meaningful, transformative change within her community and beyond.
Abayomi A. Fagbodun
Co-Founder
Abayomi A. Fagbodun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management, consulting, interpretation services, and operational leadership. He brings a strong background in project supervision, team development, and service delivery across public, private, and community-based sectors.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Fagbodun has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen building and renovation projects, and supported organizational growth through strategic planning and client engagement. In his role as a Consultant Manager, he supervised team operations, trained and mentored junior staff, developed building plans for schools and private institutions, and ensured high-quality support and services for clients.
Mr. Fagbodun has also demonstrated a deep commitment to community empowerment through his work as an Interpreter for Immigrant Services. In this capacity, he facilitated effective communication for individuals and families navigating legal, educational, and social service systems, helping bridge language and cultural gaps while supporting access to essential resources.
Recognized as a leader and problem solver, Mr. Fagbodun is known for his strong work ethic, collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous improvement. His diverse professional background and service-oriented mindset align closely with BRIDGE’s mission to strengthen communities and create pathways to opportunity.

Adewale Sunmola is a seasoned digital strategy and marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving brand growth, audience engagement, and organizational visibility across diverse sectors. As Creative Director of Walzabeth Services, he has led high-impact initiatives in digital marketing, web development, SEO, content strategy, and communications, thereby helping organizations strengthen their online presence and achieve measurable results.
With a background in web development, project management, and Google-certified digital marketing, Adewale brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and storytelling to his work. He has successfully advised and executed marketing strategies for organizations in healthcare, education, technology, and nonprofit spaces, always with a focus on clarity, integrity, and sustainable growth.
